Lateral entry/MBA), 6) Migration and Transfer Certificate from last attended University/Board, 7) Character Certificate from last attended Institute, 8) Aadhar Card, 9) Photocopy of counseling fee receipts, 10) Affidavit for gap period (if any), 11) Domicile Certificate (if not from U.P), 12) Migration and Transfer Certificate in Original from Last attended University/Board, 13) Caste Certificate Income Certificate issued by Tehsildar/SDM (in original), and 14) Four latest Colored passport size photographs.
